By using the Wabza Interiors website (“Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the Site and the purchase of our products.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfers in AED currency.
  • Custom Furniture/Billiard Tables: A 70% down payment is required to begin production. The remaining 30% balance is due upon delivery.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery Services: We offer convenient delivery and installation services throughout the UAE. Delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of quotation.
  • Delivery Costs: Free delivery may be available for orders exceeding a certain value. Standard delivery charges apply otherwise. Delivery days and times will be confirmed during the ordering process.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email or phone. Refunds for paid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 30-45 days.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused items in original packaging with the original invoice.
  • Return Process: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number and instructions. Pack the items securely and ship them to the provided address.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 30-45 days to the original payment method.

5.1 Exclusions:

  • Used Items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used items like billiard cloth, cushion rubber, balls, cues, chalk, triangles, or cue holders.
  • Custom-Made Products: Custom furniture/billiard tables are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
